Bakery Training Head Chef amar Deula

Head Chef Amar Deula is a third generation Chef, so he grew up in the streets of Teku and his love for food started from early childhood while he accompanies his father to Hotel Himalayan in Lalitpur. Even during his schooling years, he enjoyed cooking for family at home and invited friends at his home to make them taste his dishes. 

This love for food soon turned sweet as he started to develop interest in pastries and baked food. So, from high school days, he started gaining experience and learning by doing with his father. In no time he started using professional grade equipments and took trainings to convert his love for sweets to profession. 

Experience of Chef Amar started in Nepal where he has worked in start hotels of Nepal and even ran his own outlets and stores. Abroad, he has worked in MSC Cruise Ship in America with capacity of 5000+ guests as Pastry Chef and even Radisson in the Middle East. He has won numerous awards during his professional career and is now one of the best Pastry Chefs in Nepal. 

Chef Amar decided to setup something in Nepal to transfer his knowledge and skills to other people and hence this journey of Bakery Training in Kathmandu started. He strongly believes that sharing his knowledge and recipes is the best way to empower people who love sweets and the baking industry in general. His rigorous efforts to pass this knowledge has resulted in countless trainees being equipped with the knowledge and skills for professional development.
