The diploma course has been designed by our Head Chef Amar Deula and has put in in 30+ years of experience in designing the course while also remaining relevant to the industry with modern treands and updates. The course is popular at Cosmos Retreats as more than 50 trainees have successfully completed the course as of the end of 2024.

Our diploma course is conducted by Chef Amar, Chef Ishwor and Chef Manoj, with collective experience of more than 50 years. The course and location is stuitable for students of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. We even have hostel facilities for students coming to join courses from out of Kathmandu Valley.
