Course Overview
If you want to start your journey into the world of baking and learn the art of baking, the Basic Bakery and Pastry Training Course is the best starting point. This is a 35 Days Bakery Training Course in Kathmandu, that covers 50 mouthwatering dishes, from cakes to fondant and from bread to croissant.
This course has been designed by our Head Chef Amar Deula and has put in in 30+ years of experience in designing the course while also remaining relevant to the industry with modern treands and updates. The course is the most popular course at Cosmos Retreats as more than 200 trainees have successfully completed the courseas of August 2024.
Our bakery trainings are conducted by Chef Amar and Chef Manoj, with collective experience of more than 40 years. The course and location is stuitable for students of Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.
